Two years ago, Hack Reactor and MakerSquare discovered we shared the same DNA. We both wanted to create schools that were focused on Student Outcomes, and we wanted to educate as many students as possible through a high quality experience.
After discovering this overlap, Hack Reactor acquired MakerSquare to team up efforts. Over the last 2 years, we’ve iterated quickly and held a high standard of student outcomes and quality. This success has fueled MakerSquare’s growth to Los Angeles and New York and we can now proudly say that we get the opportunity to transform hundreds of students' lives every year.
To further strengthen and unify our goals in software education, MakerSquare will now operate under the Hack Reactor brand. Henceforth, past and recent MakerSquare alumni will be known as Hack Reactor alumni - together creating the largest network of software engineers in the industry. We’ll continue to iterate together to ensure we remain the leading software education provider in the United States!
